ARTISTS IN RESIDENCE
The Wild Arts Collective is proud to host a select group of talented and diverse artists each season for our Artist Residency. During their time here, artists have unlimited access to the bountiful nature here on Stone Mountain Farm, our Circus equipment, Garden Gallery and more. We strive to empower artists of all kinds to use this space as a springboard for turning ideas into realities.

Amelia is an artist, acrobat and art director working primarily in New York City and happily venturing wherever her work takes her. With a passion for continuing her career in New York, a deep need for connecting with nature, and a desire to put down roots, she is excited to be a Co-founder and Artistic Director of the Wild Arts Collective.
As an art director, Amelia has broad experience turning dreams into reality and making them look stunning in the process. She has worked in television (Disney, MTV, BET, Comedy Central, LogoTV, TruTV, PBS); commercials (Amazon, Microsoft, Boeing); events (Serena Williams’ Wedding); and on Broadway (The Drowsy Chaperone, Company). Amelia has also taught and performed flying trapeze across the country, and has trained in aerial harness and flying dance. As a painter and visual artist she is excited to expand the studio spaces and long-term painting practices that the Wild Arts Collective nurtures.
Amelia is an ambitious New Yorker, but a hippie at heart. She feels there needs to be a home base for artists that caters to both sides of this coin. She has spent years visiting different intentional communities across the country, and is excited to be co-creating the Wild Arts Collective as a culmination of her research, love of community, and passion for the arts. www.ameliamodlin.com

Kyle McFarren Breen is a 5th-generation Nevadan born and raised in Reno. As a worldwide adventurer and lifelong learner he has grown to love the earth, the ocean, and the arts. In 2009 he landed in New York City and focused on conservatorial studies at Pace University, Manhattan School of Music, Broadway Dance Center, Stella Adler Studio of Acting, and Trapeze School New York. Since then, he is grateful to have worked as an aerialist, singer, actor, fire artist, and dancer in houses as quaint as Brüka Theatre and as grand as Notre Dame Cathedral. Some of Kyle’s favorite performance credits include: aerialist for Phish at Madison Square Garden; aerialist/actor in Fuerza Bruta NYC's closing cast; NY Fire Performers Conclave at Burning Man; and Pharrell Williams’ Netflix series Brainchild. His performances have been featured in the New York Times, NPR, Playbill, the Village Voice, Vogue, Billboard, and others.
Kyle has also translated his experience in performing arts to work as a photographer, videographer and director. He started shooting for Broadway Dance Center in 2012 and has since worked with numerous choreographers including: Tony, Emmy, Grammy, MTV VMA, Bessie, Peabody, and Capezio A.C.E winners.
As Co-founder and Director of the Wild Arts Collective, Kyle helps build the spaces that connect people to the arts, the earth, and each other. His directorial passion fuses elements of immersive theatre, vibrant music, inventive aerial acts, and fire arts to illuminate the issues of environmental activism and human rights.

His work as an ER Doctor has enriched his life and others in a profound way.
As an adventurer Aaron has traveled far and high (and almost always with his adorable rescue pup Lucky). He started studying flying trapeze in 2011 and started catching and teaching shortly thereafter. He also enjoys flying as a private airplane pilot and has been licensed since 2016. His latest favorite apparatus is wall-trampoline and he has been honing his skills in workshops of the upcoming show "Liquid Light Flight". As a member of the Wild Arts Collective he is especially excited to fly, catch, and help produce new artistic works that bring science and art together.

Kynan loves being a part of Wild Arts Collective and is always stoked for explorations in exciting movement. He taught B-boying for some years until he found flying trapeze from fellow dance teachers and quickly became a lead instructor and trampoline instructor from NY to CA. He earned a BFA in dance at Marymount Manhattan College while simultaneously earning his skydiving licenses. He has completed over 350 skydives to date. He’s taken his mastery of movement and coordination to the sky, and works full-time as a helicopter pilot. Over five years, the NYC skyline became his playground as he operated helicopter tours, flight instruction, charters, and photo missions in the most challenging airspace in the world. Nothing is more exciting than being able to manage space, time, and energy with a beautiful perspective of our planet.
Kynan moved to the finger lakes region to start a new role of helicopter EMS Pilot at an air ambulance company. He is in awe of his teammates and the first responders he is privileged to work alongside. When off of work, he’s a skydive videographer over Niagara Falls and he’s learning to fly hot air balloons over Ithaca. Kynan continues to fly with Wild Arts Collective and couldn’t be more grateful for the community of magical acrobats, aviators, and artists – his friends.
